Sanding sessions

As with any real product, it is important to regularly maintain your floor. Just as you would do with your hair or nails.

Wood floor can require a quick sand and/or maintenance oil depending upon our professional assessment of your floor. It is important, as with all investments, to regularly monitor and maintain them- our investment versus flooring blog for more info.

We offer a yearly maintenance package for all engineered wood floor or solid wood floor. We send a polite reminder to you each year and you can always contact us if you wish to do this ahead of the year's anniversary. For example, customers often reach out us if there is an accidental scratch or they may have generally used the floor

If your floor is over five years old (or under if you just fancy a change) we can sand and reapply a fresher oil or a completely different colour to your floor. This is one of the many attractive reasons to use wood floors; their longevity.

The maintenance in between these times is easy with our complimentary mop and maintenance oil supplied upon completion of supply and installing any of our wood floors.
