Our sanding process…
Step 1 - Call us out for an initial assessment.
Contact us to book a site visit.
Upon arrival your floor will be expertly analysed and we will offer you our guidance on the best choice finish, taking into account your wishes, and explain the next steps.
Step 2 - Sanding Process
We will select the appropriate machinery for your floor with the objective of removing all previous finishes.
We use modern dust extraction for 95% dust free sanding.
Step 3 - Finishing
It is imperative that the area is dust free. We perform a deep vacuum to minimise any impurities in the vicinity that may settle whilst the floor is drying.
Your chosen finish is then applied with a minimum of three complete coats.
Step 4 - Drying
The area is usually able to be walked upon within several hours.
It is advisable to leave 3 to 7 days before you place your selected furniture.
Once complete, all there is left to do, is simply sit back and admire your freshly renovated floor.
