An investment is putting money into an asset, such as; a painting, a classic car, a property and as a result of that investment you make money from it. The ability to recognise a creative, beautiful piece of the World and bring that into your orbit will often offer an opportunity for investment. Wood flooring is known to increase your property value at the point of sale. These two concepts ebb and flow, they compliment one another in more ways than one; read this again.
