If you are outside of a 15 mile radius to us then we do charge a fee of £60. This is reduced upon completion of your project.

*Subject to being within a 30 mile radius. If you are outside of this then the charge will be discretionary.

Yes we do, we are more than happy to help with this, including delivery.

We usually require 4-6 weeks, depending upon your product, as the majority of our floors are made to order here in the UK.

We will always try our best to achieve your required time scales.

We prefer to supply our own flooring, simply because this makes the experience and journey much smoother (in our experience). However, we are happy to discuss this with you directly and decide on a project by project basis.

For our bespoke wood supply we offer a 25 year guarantee and for installation of this we offer a 12 month guarantee.

Yes!

Yes! Whilst fully solid wood cannot be installed on top of underfloor heating (unless under special circumstances); most engineered floors can be, quite comfortably.

It is highly important that the underfloor heating is installed correctly. Sadly many times it is not.

Yes. We have a team of trusted heating engineers which we highly recommend. This helps us plan the timing of your floor and underfloor heating. It also firms up our 12 month installation warranty.
